  • Word Swaps (Ctrl+Y)
  • Brief forms (text and rtf)
  • Hot keys that will make your life easier: Ctrl+D, Ctrl+(.), Ctrl+(?), Ctrl+(`)
  • Use of the Untranslate fields to add text that is being misrecognized as well as short or long phrases
  • Realtime rules—how to add them and how to utilize the UNLESS clause to make the rule as specific as possible
  • Staying on TOP of your Vocabulary and Exporting it on a regular basis
