Includes One year of software support (4) incidents of support

Current (within 30 days of expiration): $300.00 USD per year

Not Current (expiration more than 31 days up to 1 year) $400.00 USD

Upgrade penalty for each year out of contract: $35.00 USD per year out of contract

DigiTran Lite Upgrades

Upgrade penalty for each year out of contract: $25.00 USD per year out of contract

Media Controller Upgrades

Includes One year of software upgrades  $25.00 USD 

Single Support Incident

Calls made to AudioScribe by without support contract will be billed at the following rates.

$100.00 USD during normal business hours

$150.00 USD after hours, weekends or holidays.
